In the foreground, I was doing a unit visit, observing workflows, staff interviews,  patient interactions, open medical record review, and the overall dynamics of each unit.

As a result of the accreditation assessment conducted by me, The hospital is poised to leverage its strengths and address areas that warrant enhancement. The findings will be presented in a detailed report, accompanied by my recommendations and action plan to fill the gaps of the assessment.
